We experienced elevated 500 errors in the Dashboard for about an hour, specifically for the User and Member Management tabs.

We are performing routine database maintenance and our Test environment may experience some brief instability.
We are planning for some scheduled maintenance in our Test environment. There may be increased 500's in our Test API during this time, there will be no impact to our Live environment.
The root cause of this event was an AWS networking incident that affected multiple regions. This AWS incident resulted in increased latency and a small increase in API errors (~0.1% of traffic) across our API for approximately 35 minutes today (17:20Z to 17:55Z).
Our fix has returned API latency and errors to normal. We're continuing to monitor.
